I think 5 is better (with no dispersed) with an ice age formal - agree? Nobody would take the PI or the RD in ice age, anyway!

I do think a case can be made to choose the RD in this format. High troop costs but you don't need a ton of brigades, that and flight in Ice Age could be workable...
If no objections to 5 players I'll create the game.
Suggestions for turnaround time?
