does the spell windstorm stack if 2 wizards cast it? also does shield make a huge difference,  if cast along with the  presence?

Windstorm doesn’t stack.   Only 1 shield can be cast in a group, and I think that the innate one from presence doesn’t fire if the higher of the two is cast.

Windstorm and flash flood will make pesky ranger troops less formidable.
