I am good with however the new folks would like to do it. 

A possible draft option:

Each team chooses three regions at once, going in order. The last team to choose the three regions then chooses all three kingdoms at once, then work backwards until the first team to choose regions is the last one to choose kingdoms.

Sounds good to me. All we need is a neutral third party to randomly pick the order.

WE could. Would be 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4 end of Kingdoms, 4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 for regions.

Sounds right. Just need an outsider to randomize our teams to advise if we are team 1, 2, 3 or 4. 
As we get to the second half of the draft (regions), kingdoms need to be assigned to a region as they are picked.

I am leaving for vacation for 8 days starting Sunday. I will have access to email, just that my time will be more limited for a week as my damn family will want some of my attention.

Hopefully this will be off the ground by then.
