Sounds right. Just need an outsider to randomize our teams to advise if we are team 1, 2, 3 or 4. 
As we get to the second half of the draft (regions), kingdoms need to be assigned to a region as they are picked.

I am leaving for vacation for 8 days starting Sunday. I will have access to email, just that my time will be more limited for a week as my damn family will want some of my attention.

I like the draft mechanism, but we should choose regions first, as they determine which kingdom we should play. After all, you don't want to be the Pirate in The Untamed Lands.

I can ask Brek right now to randomize match A-D and 1-4. He's like a computer genius or something so it shouldn't take him long.
