Is this game going to have 24 players in it. That sounds really different, and really fun.

Turn 0 files will be sent out on Friday, Nov 14.
There are currently 16 players for this game (Rick is playing the Druid kingdom). I have openings for a few more players if anyone else would like to join.
Barbarian (starts in Northern Mists)
Halfling (starts in Runnimede though either Gnome or Underworld would have to go or start elsewhere)
Nomad (starts in Southern Sands)
Paladin (starts in Amberland though either Giant or Warlock would have to go or start elsewhere)
Swampmen (spread out but mainly in Eastern Steppes)
Urik (starts in Arcania)
Westmen (starts in Torvale but either Ancient Ones or Troll would have to go or start elsewhere)
Keep in mind that these 1st Cycle kingdoms have no special abilities other than the Halfling that can trade food/gold more efficiently. I don't have time to add kingdom abilities other than the Halfling's for this game though I may make a few quick changes to make up for some things (e.g., Barbarian gets an extra brigade rather than the Sword of Alvinitar).
If any of the current 15 players wish to change their selections to one of the above then that's ok too but the deadline for signing up for this game (or switching kingdoms) is Thursday Nov 13 at noon EST since I'll need some time to set things up for this game.
This game will also be the first one to offer the new SVC so read up on that if you can.
Well, I guess I will stick with the Giants but am willing to start elsewhere.......I assume the starting regional reactions will be taken into account......or adjusted. Or does this mean I am out since your are bringing in the Paladin?

You may select any kingdom that you want. On Thursday, I'll rearrange the starting locations if I have to but the new software can handle any number of kingdoms in a game. Even just one for a solo (demo) version for newer players.

Cool. Could be interesting to play the GI in a different location. Not that I have all that much experience to draw from. Glad to see you back! Great work you are doing.......

For this game, on turn 1, if you would like to change your ruler's name, you may do so automatically with the online order checker program so you won't have to email Support to change its value.
Just enter the new name in the Ruler's Name field on top of the web page with your turn 1 orders. Eventually, I'll add a separate checkbox on the page for you to select male or female but until then, append "-F" at the end of the name if you wish to be Queen instead of King.
So, for example, if the Druid kingdom specifies a new name as: Peach Cobbler-F
The code will automatically change the ruler's name to: Queen Peach Cobbler. Use initials 'PE' for your turn 1 orders. If you make a mistake and create a name already in use (well, first two characters) then the order checker will reject your new name so you'll know before you press the Submit Orders button if your new name is safe.

Awesome! Unclemike, I have to tell you, I absolutely LOVE the order processing tool. It really makes my gaming experience that much better.
At this time, I'm definitely inclined to continue playing after the 2014 tournament, and a good chunk of that is because of your efforts! This playtest also looks fantastic, I'd join but for the fact that I'm keeping it to one game, for now.

16 influence. Almost a full court. 7 brigades. Crazy artifact info if he gives it. Maybe someone can give the Over powered Druid a run.
