The campaign is definitely not going the way the Warlock would have liked. I have been caught somewhat by surprise by the behavior of changes in the game rules and over-confident of my groups ability to defend themselves against an enemy with a large number of very good wizards. In truth, I have never been engaged in a battle/campaign quite like this, so it is a learning experience. My constant dilemma is trying to figure which spells do what to who and in what order? I'm currently facing this array at OV:
1LI 0 9 OV General Vizisslak Kazanor (Power-6)
NA NA
NA NA
2LI 17 9 OV Warlord Cora Draco Eklar (Power-6)
Lord Commander Eel Gosar Greeneyes (Power-6)
Grand Marshal Slithermojo Kiri Blackmind (Power-6)
3LI 0 9 OV NA Iceax (Power-5)
NA Zyd Confounder (Power-5)
NA Nemrond (Power-3)
4LI 0 9 OV Major General Ssil Zozzi Maz the Firecast (Power-5)
NA Sakana (Power-5)
NA Yellowskin (Power-5)
My force is not as impressive.
I would ask for you to go after some of those wizards with agents, but the LI has been well defended with agents on counter-duty so far. I have suffered agent loss just try to do recons. Somehow I failed to acquire a scrying device for the first time in many games and have no low level wizards available to use a raven.
We'll see how it goes, but I won't be terribly surprised if after this turn I have zero wizards left and no army.

(NO) I am still under NAP with the LI through turn 20 so my hands are tied. I am curious how the LI has so many mages though, if you start with 5 as an advantaged kingdom, you can get 2 via ESO. That's 7. Found a wandering Power 2? That's 8. Can't recruit adepts if you have more than 4. Makes no sense to me. Am I forgetting something.
