P2 wizard is placed in Mythgar. You have to find it. By the way, sometimes another kingdom will get foreknowledge of that encounter (meaning they know exactly where it is, but they might be a region or 2 away) and may race you to it.

And sometimes they don't even have foreknowledge, and try to steal it anyway.
