I can't wait until Thursday when my traveling stops for the rest of the year. I made another enamor mistake... SIGH. R2 will be delayed...

I made an enamor mistake as well but in a different way. I forgot to enamor R8 two turns ahead since it needs to go up two levels.

Btw in standard single player games I would not recommend kidnapping another kingdoms level 2 agent so early. Even if you were not planning to go to war with the kingdom they would likely look to get revenge. It is not worth the almost no gain you get from it. It is different if you are taking the PC in your region and happen to catch the agent. Kidnapping is very deliberate and would likely be responded to at some point.

Totally agree and I was just taking advantage of having the Dragon caged Smile Err... I mean... I have no idea what you mean (Points at Gnome) but I think he did it.

Now voting against another Kings motion so early... now them's fighting words!

I don't like the HC really. In every game 1 or 2 players run away with all of the issues and no one (99% of the time) votes against them. Usually one of them wins. Endless points of influence (up to 25)!! I want to win this game too, but I'm not going to let anyone run away with the HC and I don't want to waste the gold trying to out bid anyone (have better things to do with my gold). I wish they'd do away with the HC or change the rules on it....something....anything.

Or maybe everyone starts off on it, no bonus for being on it. Everyone has the same chance to bid to raise an issue or vote up or down one. If you (meaning the other 11 people in the game) were to let someone run away with influence point motions and positive votes, then that's on everyone in the game.

I think the HC should be more influential but maybe it’s expanded to include all kingdoms.  Dunno.

Maybe votes should be free of an order

I got up and decided to check and see who was READY before doing my orders... of course I ended up having a brainfreeze and hitting READY with no orders in Smile

This is my worst played game ever...
But my travel has ended so now I can focus!

Is it possible to have other issues that do not directly affect individual kingdoms, but something that is more generalized? (get rid of the influence raising, as I can't wrap my head around how you can vote yourself influence....wouldn't you have to spend gold, provide favors, etc to get your influence up?.....just saying....perhaps someone can explain it.)
