New Anonymous Accelerated Warlords

My biggest issue with warlords now is the quitting players before they are really knocked out.

Totally fair.  Maybe it wasn't even fair of me to suggest the tie.  I have not looked at the last turn (the latest one I missed) except to count the regions still being 5 to 5.  

I guess part of me was also excited at the idea of not having to wake up at 6am and try and figure out where I am in that game too  I should have had this game won on one of the turn's I  missed.  I woke up early in the morning and frantically got my orders done before noon, only to realize when the results came back I had rushed to complete orders for the wrong Warlord game, the one not due for four more days.  I was gutted.  Then one week my cat went missing (he came back after 4 nights) and so that took priority when I had left the orders for the last minute.  No one to blame but myself of course.  This was my first Warlords game.  No one attacked me for like 15-10 turns and I had a machine built up.  Now I'm sure it's even or worse for me but let's see where we land.

I'll take a look and either have my orders or my surrender in by game time LT

35 turns for Warlord, is that a lot or standard?

It is a lot.  Most games finish by turn 30.  Ours might have finished sooner (as you declared victory for four consecutive turns) except your opponents were Lord Thanatos and DuPont.  Both of your opponents are Gold members of the peer awarded Iron Willed!!!

You might be able to get a good game right now with LT, Drogo, and Will.  I personally like the new rules we're using, for the lack of ally declarations and trades etc., and the "no drops before T20" clause.

No can do. Will be turning in 6 kingdoms a day except on Thursday and Saturday. I need to finish some of these games first

It is nice to see the Warlords games going into T30 or so.  In the beginning of the Resurgence, I think they were ending by T15.

I hope you had a great time in your first Warlords game, Drogo.  Four turns in a row you tried to claim victory.  Twice DuPont stopped you and twice I did.  What a tense contest that was.  Warlords is a great format!

I don't have the bandwith to do both an accelerated Warlords and an accelerated team game (which I am considering joining together with Cloud and one more to be name later). I'll have to choose one of them so I have to be a maybe for the Warlords game at this point.
