I am truly humbled and honored at your olive branch. I happily accept your pact of non-aggression and would greatly enjoy a stronger bond of friendship. I have a beautiful daughter of marriage age and she has expressed a desire to live amongst the gnomes in the most beautiful region of Runnimede. Perhaps with a marriage between our two great families, we could secure a stronger bond. I had to be so crass as to discuss clauses in light of a potentially happy blessing, but what I was thinking was a NAP that could only be broken with a full 4 turns notice. Of course, my desire would be to never break the agreement because I think our families could gain much from each other.

I must make one slight modification which I humbly ask you to consider. You see, there is an ancient Ranger heirloom buried near my home town. I am having some soldiers that were stationed in my home town secure this ancient relic and then they have orders to immediately leave the Southern Sands with all haste. I hope this does not displease you and I hope that you understand it is only because this item is an ancient Ranger relic that I ask for the exception.
If you are okay with this modification and our NAP is in place, I am happy to tell you the location of my home town so that you do not waste efforts exploring for it.

Greetings to our friends to the east! As we wandered around the land, we happened to stumble across a village with no allegiances to anyone in western Arcania.
As we have no use for this village, I was wondering if you might be willing to step up (by one turn) the timetable on the transfer of your village to me in Runnimede, in exchange for the location of this Arcania village? You could either use it as a training group for your Ever Victorious Army, or perhaps give it to the Ancient Ones if the rumors of a deal between the two of you are true, assuming he hasn't found anything yet himself.
Please let me know if you are interested, and if so, the location of your village in Runnimede, and I will reciprocate immediately. Thank you!

I hope the month went well Mage King. I notice you have an emissary at the land city in Amberland. Can I trust you not to impede my diplomatic efforts in that city? I had mentioned that the water city should be yours and that you can have control of the region with my blessing. To this end I hope you would allow events to take there place at the other city in the region. If we need to redistribute later to insure you get control that will be fine with me. Does this meet with your approval?

We are loathe to be the first kingdom to betray our secrets in this open forum but in the spirit of goodwill we suggest the Gnome look to the exact corner of the world to find out village in Runnimede. I hope this will be the beginning of a productive relationship.

Thank you! The village is in the plains at the furthest western point in Arcania (RG). Please note that as I mentioned, I recommend either sending a military group or ceding it to the Ancient Ones. They might like it, as it is close to their own holdings in southern Torvale and thus more easily defensible for them.
You could also opt to send an emissary in mid-Autumn (T3), after my group moves on (which it is, immediately).
Also, please note that in the unlikely event the Warlock does not honor his agreements with you, I would stand with you fully.
