I think the came creation utility Mike did can accommodate all this, if not, we will have to bounce back to see what needs to be changed.  But we can do Chivalry (just for JF for having 2 kingdoms vs. 3, or also JF with players with no podium?), 3 vs. 2, 7 regions for a team for victory, looks like 4-4-6.  Still want to get confirmation at signup@alamaze.co on all the specifics and be assured all have agreed.
