OK, there might be 12 new kingdoms you have not yet ruled. Here is an opportunity to take one of them.
Silent is where you post here with your Choosing of one of the two kingdoms available for each zone, but there is no diplomacy in the game.

Interesting about the first three kingdoms selected are the Red Dragons, Cimmerians, and Rangers. That of course knocks out the Tyrant, Necromancer, and Illusionist, who had been top choices in the earliest games. Well done, makes me happy it looks like we will have all 24 kingdoms being selected (where is our Dwarven King?) before long.
