Do you recieve a notice if a siege has been started? Tyrants army sitting on Zarathon I was expecting an attack which didn't happen. So I'm assuming he is sieging...but don't have a notification he started siege. Can anyone she'd light?

You would get notice if it started in your military section of your turn

You would also have notice from the population center producing less and it would say under siege
