Can I make a suggestion? Is the communication in this game limited to just members of your team? If the answer is yes make it random choice so no one knows who is by them. Just a suggestion.

I don't really see a need to make the team selections secret. There is at least one member of each team that an elite player and should be able to earn an ally any trickery coming there way.

Looks like team blue is up first. Perhaps pick the team and asign kingdom to the players

It was not for secret reasons. Just so people do not know the style of play of the team next to them. AS experienced players tend to lead teams.
