Acererak, for this kind of thing, send a message to support and Mike will let you know if your order entry login can be restored or if you need to establish a new persona. Also remember not to call out negatively personas by name on the forum.

Hey Rick. I am able to login with my old credentials and sent an email this morning.

Not sure what was negative in my post, simply stating facts without any judgement. Calling out anyone was not my intent, that ship has sailed.
