So clearly all games are processing and we overcame that hiccup. All renewals will be extended one week. Sorry again for that delay and thanks to Mike for jumping in.
One outstanding issue is with the change in email service providers, I have not yet learned how to set up DNS protocols with this provider and associated MX records and other stuff needed to enable accepting incoming email at support and signup and activegames, though we can send outgoing without those industrial secrets.
So if you need to contact support for the next few days, just post it here until that gets remedied.
