My guess is he regrets attacking me as he did no damage to me and I put the majority of his diplomatic corps in my dungeons. I was just starting to focus on the Gnome in 2 and had a skeleton to release on him this next turn as well as taking 4 popcenters. Ah well.

Enjoyable game. Here's my final point tally, spent a lot of time early game teleporting around the board collecting artifacts (and the double gold bonus):

Nice job Ace.  I think it worked for both of us that we left each other alone.  Not that dragons can hurt you in a sea area.  I really could have used your staff of disdain against DW.  You got it the turn before I got there!

For me this was mostly a game of building. I spent the early turns building up. Just staying in my region not taking any others PCs. Because of industrial trait and getting hidden ore spell at p2. Made good use of some standing order 600s and by turn 10 I was generating 187k gold + another 18k from fleets. I focused on building my military mostly in one group and raising my mages. When it came time to move around turn 15 or so the AN and RD were both fighting the LI in R9. I sent concealed emmies into the ANs villages and then moved my groups on to some towns. I did not know yet where his hidden capital was. I knew it was not in a spot away from other PCs, so would take time to find. I focused my search more on the north eastern side of the sand because he invaded R9 first. I had an army group of 45 brigades, a full army and two division I would use. I took everything except the hidden capital but found it the turn I was moving on his city. So then took that as well.
I had divined other regions and found there was a human town in R2 late into the game. I took advantage of this and ported my army invisible to take it and move my capital. Two turns later I would own R2 for now my third region.
I had planned to swoop in and take R3 but it seemed the RD BL and DW were contesting things in R6 and R3 so I quickly pivoted to take the now wide open R8. I would have liked R9 where I scouted the RD capital but the AN had made me hostile there so big R8 it was for the win. I knew if I did not grab the win quickly I would have half the board after me. As it was on my final turn PI was moving some forces into R2 and took a village. CI had forced in R2 and R7. I finished with a group in each of my 4 regions planning to dome and move emmies where needed.
I believe I had the only p7 on the map and I had 8 of them with my last wizard being a p6.
