Welcome Merlin. We wait for the last 2 positions to be filled. Then we draft for kingdom and regions. You can chose either and the picks go 1- 12 and then back up to 1 so number 1 picks 1 and 24, 2 gets 23, ect. You will pick in the 6 and 19 slots and it's all done on the forum. When we are close to finished with the draft someone will set up the game on the game creator and you can sign on when you have both picks. The game starts when the last player signs on.
