Greetings. The trade was originally established for two turns (i.e. it has expired now). I cannot trade this turn but happy to the following two turns. You can leave your standing order in ... the trade will not execute this turn but will the following two. Is this agreeable?

Apologies for not following up on the Dagger. I have been distracted getting the kids and wives to bed in preparation for the Three for One New Year's Eve special at the Bronze Canyon Brothels.
We have pondered the dagger ...actually agonized over it. While the collective wisdom suggests it is hidden when in a hidden capital there has not been a definitive answer provided by the Maelstrom scholars. I also see little use for it, if it is confined to my capital as I am currently surrounded by only friends.
I would, however, be very keen to engineer a village swap in the future if you come across a village that works.
In regards to the recon - yes all of my friendly neighbors (EL, DE, NE) may have the same complaint this last turn. You see - we had a bit of a theft from our treasury from a disgruntled former Underworld member. We have scoured the surrounding countryside looking for the offender.
Apologies if this is raising any concerns .. please consider it an error in judgement similar in scope to the artifact theft that occurred earlier. Hopefully you will give me the same sympathetic understanding that I gave you.
If you have, however, stolen from me ... the quickest way to make amends and bury the hatchet as it were ... would be to acknowledge it and make reparations and consider the agent trained for free.
Please assure me that it wasn't one of your agents that stole from me ... it would very unfortunate for us both if hostilities were to break out.
