Loren and UM, why did you guys drop this game? Mike had basically what 12 wizards and his capital was producing 225 gold per turn. So what gives guys? It really affects everyone else's game when people drop fully developed kingdoms mid game.

Gotcha. Sucks for all of us though, just leaves a massive hole in the middle of the game. Still, thanks for doing what you do.

Guys I have to say I had no idea asking the question of my missing artifacts would result in U.M. dropping.  It does make sense and Mike I totally appreciate your honesty and all you do for the game.  I've played in quite a few games with you in the past and I can't recall this ever happening (that you were forced to drop) in any games I have been in. 

Acereak I agree that having these positions dropped is a game changer.  I'll offer to drop too but I think that only hands you a hollow victory?

What say the rest of the players. and of course Ace too?

Unclemike, for all the time that I have known you, I don't believe that you would cheat or use information gathered while investigating claims against anybody. You have always been honorable, and I think that you shouldn't recluse yourself because of the incident. If we did that, you might never be able to finish a game, and because you are a superior player, it would leave a power vacuum which throws everything out of whack. That's my 2 cents.

I'm pretty new here, so I'll defer to everyone else on this topic. It clearly has an impact and potentially gives the advantage to some players when their neighbors leave behind empty and uncontested regions, but i'm not too concerned. I'm not playing to win this game, instead playing to learn all the new content. My conflict with the Darkelves and even more so with the halfling have taught me a few things. I'm happy to continue or drop this game and go join the next steel being ramped up now.

I’m ambivalent about it. I have to move back to XE to get all those artifacts since someone domed it- Wookie. I am not worried about winning, feels like it was def headed UM, Wookie and someone else (maybe me?) for 3rd.

Wonder why Loren dropped too.

What if we all moved our biggest armies to an agreed upon spot and had the biggest fight Alamaze has ever seen?

The big army fight would likely go in your favor with 4 summon deaths and likely the biggest group to start with too.  I was just trying to slow you a mite with the dome.  You are really gaining speed in this one.
