since its the last turn to set anything up for 3 turns. only 2 hours until new turn runs. I can set up another one time deal for turn 15. 50k food for 25k gold.

I had find a pop center within 7 hexes to move him out, or I can skip over to my region by popping into someone else's pop center for 1 turn hopefully they dont get upset if I do that.. he has been kinda stuck there since he did not leave when I taxed it for you. I did not think it was an issue since you were in my area taking artifacts I have only been training him anyway. not using him in your area for any deeds or scouting. But yes Ill move him out this turn.
