I'm assuming positions 10 - 12 want to stay there so

I am posting here as slot 9 as a placeholder for someone to take my spot. Just keeping the ball rolling and then will turn this draft or position over to whoever wants it first.

The Gray Mouser as Steward for Unnamed King selects Zanthia. Again, first player to claim this final spot takes it over with Zanthia or you can change to an unselected region if you jump in before the end of the round.
