Rick and I are discussing the 2021 championship season with the intention of shaking things up a bit. Rick obviously has a lot of great ideas and I would be grateful for any ideas the community has.
First and foremost the championship game will be started this year, unlike last year where we got quite a late start. To accomplish that, "last train" type qualifying games will probably be planned so that they can reach 40 turns prior to Christmas, or something like that.
Other criteria being considered are: types of games that qualify for placing in the championship game, which kingdoms are available to who and why, other things like this.
So please post your ideas... the first of the "last train" games will probably be coming right up in a month or so, since a 72 hour game has to start before September to reach 40 turns before Christmas.
