I'm not clear on what players want done to get this going.

It seems like we may need to know the 12 players posting here, then get their random draft position to them.

If someone has a better solution, post here and with two "second the motion" posts, let's go with that.

Exactly what you did the first time

Create the game in the queue
Create a draft time. Say this Tuesday at 6pm.
First come, first served.
Isn’t that what we did first time?

It's what was done for the past two games.

OK. If I don't hear anything compelling to the contrary, I will create Steel Anonymous on the game creator around 6pm Tuesday, November 2nd.

If there is an option to give chivalry to choices 11 and 12, I will pick that option. It will be first come, first served, but that means #1 will be picking both kingdom and region. #12 would have the last region and the 12th kingdom. I don't think that is what happened before, and I am concerned we won't get the last couple players that way.

I hope I am incorrect.

well that game sucked tyrant runs over my capital on turn 5 with enough forces to take out a 29K defense $#%$ tyrant

Either a hidden capital or having a water town to move to would give you more time. It sucks to get taken out early but keep playing and improving. If you want some tips just ask on the forum.

Did you have an option for water town, its always the first thing I go for regardless of starting capital even if invis.
