Whenever that happens, login the IBM Portal and do a hard reboot on the server. I just did it at 7:30pm EST so you should be good to go. If not then I can try on Tuesday morning.

I need the full details to custom setup the game in the server.

Each player's two kingdoms with each region clear to each kingdom.
Rules on diplomacy, victory - number of regions to win.
Turn around.

Update: a quirky workaround let me access the server, but then I saw there were too many holes here to setup the game.

Somebody in the game post here with everything together, please.

I believe the following setup parameters apply:
48 hour
8 regions for victory
Fixed cities
Normal victory of Rex and lion's share
Anonymous
Exploratory

If someone else from game can confirm.
