Swapping leaders with full slots

Is there a way to swap leaders between two armies that already have 3 leaders in each army?  Also, is there a way to drop a leader?

No.  It's been suggested to make a new order for it like when you eliminate single unit.
The only way is combine groups but you lose all but the three highest leaders and wizards.

It's quite a bit easier to manage groups  make up when you have a 5 group kingdom or TY which has 6.
