Since I don't want to take any kingdoms that someone else wants to play, I'll give a list in order of preference. It's alright if someone wants one of my picks after I've selected, I'm fine with the last one.
I just want to play a wizard kingdom to see how well it plays with Rick's new leveling scheme. Games should see fewer pwr-5's than before, but for those who invest in them, we should see more pwr-7+'s as well.

It's interesting that of the first 11 picks it was about an even split between regions and kingdoms. The 12th pick gets both so does not matter.
