Mithril deposit ending timing

I had a turn where I was transferring gold, food and mithril to another kingdom.  It checked out with order entry as ok.  The next turn nothing transferred because the mithril deposit ended before production so I was short mithril.   What if mithril deposits ending was shown after production so you could plan accordingly?   Also, what if when your short instead of canceling the whole transfer you still transferred as much as you had of each resource up to what you put in for on the order?

I moved the message informing everyone that the ore deposit is depleted towards the end of the production stage on the same turn. That should clear up misunderstandings. I also added another message in the Economic section for those who mine the mithril that the deposit is ending. Newer players may not look at the top of the file (universal msg section) where the broadcast message was being done.
