Transferring wizards

I am trying to relocate a wizard from one group to another. The thing is, though, that it gives me an error message saying that the wizard is not found, as the spell is after the transferring order. I tried to use the wizard's initials, but it gives me an error message saying that. Please help.

Try this. Under the wizard tab, add an extra order and then choose the wizard who is transferring. It will ask you which group to put him in, then it will offer you that wizard in his new group available for your later spell.

If you are a new player or returning one, you may want to refresh your knowledge on the order entry website. For this matter, it's under the Help Guides page, then forum thread, and scroll down a bit for the relevant section.
