I believe that you would be hard pressed to take it by emmy because it is currently my capital. I am asking for 4 turns for me to reside there until I can find a new home for my people. As you probably know, I was ruthlessly attacked by the GI/RD and am reeling from it.

Windstar, are you making a point in not doing your NE turn, or just didn't get to it yet? Your other kingdom plus all other players have been in for a bit.
