DW - I see we are both at the location for a key to a quest item in my region. If you allow me access to the key I will transfer you the Morgal blade on turn 11. DK

DW - DK, since I will have to buy the artifact for 10k gold. Include the purchase of 1 food for 10k gold and its a deal. Also, once you have the key, I am interested in learning what Quest artifact it opens. The last piece is optional.

Lets split the region. I got the city, I suggest we split the region on the X column. everything on the X column and west to one of us and east of the column to the other. You pick which side you want. I think that's fair. let me know if you do.

I would modify it slightly given that you get the city, I would like to keep everything east of the X column including the X column. Also, is my duke still alive? Your Baron is and of course I will return him as part of the deal.

One thing I changed was I am not guarding your pol so try to escape.
