[TEMPORARY POSTING] Forum Rolled back to fix problem forum postings

The problem caused by recent chance of forum postings not being marked as read, automatically, should now be remedied, as John (BREKK) did a rollback of the forum database, per my request. Only a handful of messages should have been affected by this action.

Rather than to allow the problem to proceed further, while looking for a different solution, I felt that this action would cause the least potential headaches to the least amount of forum users.

Please check on your end at your convenience, and let us know whether forum postings are automatically being marked as read, now, as has normally been the case all along. If not, let us know. If so, just post in this thread, below.

Yeah, I have an idea.

I logged into the forum software's admin control panel, and then I looked at the Moderator Log. Apparently, this idiot is the one due all of the blame.

   

I don't actually remember closing it, so it wasn't a deliberate decision on my part. Typically, I have lots of different tabs open in my we browser, at any given time I am online. I may have aimed to close a different thread, but my memory doesn't recall it, at the moment. It's possible that I clicked on the close option, when meaning to click on a different Moderator option. None of the threads for Active games should be closed. If they are, it's an error.

If you encounter any more, just let m know. Try this one, again, and see if it works, now. No wonder it's been so quiet in that thread, huh?

I also went back 10 pages (with 20 Moderator actions listed per page, for a total of the last 200 moderator actions) in the Moderator logs, to check for other closed forum. The other 4 instances of a forum being closed in that same time span were intended to be closed. Games forming type threads, I've begun closing them out from furtehr comments, since once they fill, active game form, which should be a different forum thread.
