Really? Because I read the entire article, but I don't subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, Dan.

I do use an ad blocker, which probably gets me past some (but not all) of their site pollution.

I didn't read the article either but emotional isolation I imagine is as unhealthy as smoking or a sedentary lifestyle.
