Revelation spell?

I have a P8 wizard, and I should be able to cast the revelation spell (which got moved from P6 to P8), but it isn't listed. Please help!

I think he said it is restricted to wizard kingdoms.

6) The Revelation spell will have the following changes:
Not permitted before turn 20
Currently, a 6th level spell, will make it 8th level
Restricted for only Supremacy/Mastery magic trait kingdoms
The Revelation spell will still be available for Pagan games (where no divinations are allowed) to follow the same convention as for the Unveil Popcenter/Group spells (#751/858)

Mastery may not be considered a wizard kingdom, GN, DA, DK, and others are mastery but not necessarily wizard. I have reported the same issue but unfortunately I have not received an answer.

Supremacy magic kingdoms get it at lvl 8.
Mastery magic kingdoms get it at lvl 9.
