Starting in Zanthia

What Kingdom would be your choice to start in Zanthia?  What actions would be a good start? Where would you choose to expand, all things being equal?

Starting Advantages:
[6] Zanthia 
1) Companion brigade of highest defense rating in 1st group as Veteran
2) +20,000 gold in treasury
3) Group morale losses due to Suspicious/Hostile are +2 point loss
4) Retreat losses for groups whose kingdom is not in control of the region are x2 due to perilous terrain.
5) All mountain popcenters in Zanthia gain +2,000 gold then extra 25% gold/defense.
6) Popcenters recruit: Mythians, Westmen
7) Gains 0 fleets
