What is the advantage of having intrinsic spells wizards for unusual encounters?
Even wizard is at sufficient level for intrinsic spells, anyway should I issue investigate/ assist encounter for wizards i want to join the group leader’s fight with guardians?
Is that a must to order 138/139 for each wizard whoever I prefer in investigate?
Can wizard with intrinsic encounter spell use other spells after encounter, for the turn?

Tacitus,
Intrinsic spells are spells that are automatically cast. In other words, you don't have to issue an order to get the benefit. And since every mage can cast only one spell this is a good thing.
Unusual sightings (US) sometimes require a mage to cast certain spells just to get in the door. (Bridge of Mist, etc). If they are doing that then they are giving your patrol no benefit but if they are intrinsically casting these spells then they are free to cast another spell that will aid your party in it's US.
Generally speaking, a 139 order will put your mage's full power against the US but he will be fully at risk as well. A 138 is a spell that grants the full power of the mage but only a third of the risk. And Guarded attack is another spell that uses half the mage's power but grants him total protection.
Every mage must be given a US related order or will be presumed to have stayed behind at the camp. This is fine for adepts and such.
Even if you have intrinsic spells that would aid the patrol in a US, if you cast Raven Familiar or something it is assumed that he did not participate in the encounter and his intrinsic benefit will not be applied.

Thank you for prompt help.
So I must use either of 101,138,139 for each wizard. Without one of these orders wizard won't join won't help encounter fight?
And Evening Star or Bridge of Mist casted automatically, additionally.
Correct understood?

Yes, without casting an order your wizard will not help in the fight and will not be put at risk either.
Evening Star and Bridge of Mist are cast automatically only IF you have it Intrinsic. If not then you must cast it and burn your mage's order doing so. Even if Evening Star or Bridge of Mist are necessary then only one mage with these spells, intrinsic or cast, is enough to gain your whole party entry.
