If someone would like to post everything in one spot that we’ve agreed upon so far, I’m more than happy to comment on it and see if there’s anything else we can add. As a reminder, I can make any adjustments to a kingdom as long as it fits within the kingdom’s setup sheets and is included in their groups by turn 3.
If I don’t see any further input by tonight, I’ll compile what we have so far and create a poll to vote on the ideas. This way, we can make sure everyone has a chance to weigh in before we move forward.

We have 2 options for customization.
• An extensive list of customizations spanning every aspect of the game. Olorin spoke with you about this option several days ago.
• The second option consists of 6 packages of options focused on different aspects of the game, Military, magic, covert, etc.
There is support for both options. Its a matter of your preference for the game.
I suggest a snake draft for the game. It is the most fair method of selection.

Olorin and I discussed the possibility of expanding customization, but since that requires a program change, it won’t be happening for this game. However, we can still stick to what we’ve always done and choose a few options, which will be implemented on turn 1.
This is going to be a wild game regardless, but we need to consider some balance. For example, having just a P8 wizard might not benefit some kingdoms as much as having additional troops. So, it’s important that we agree on some level of balance to make it fair for all. I’ll work on something tomorrow to help finalize this.
Do you have a preference—points or simply selecting pre-set packages?
Going back to the original ideas, would you like to see something like this, or would you prefer a buy system?
Some examples include:
Adding a P8 wizard.
Adding an additional 4-5 troops to your main group.
Making all your starting troops Elite.
Adding 100k to a population center of your choice between turns 1-4.
Adding 3 additional Princes.
Boosting 2 agents: one to level 14 and another to level 10.
Let me know your thoughts, and we’ll aim to have something solid in place soon!

A power-8 is quite powerful. One could argue that a single power-8 is more powerful than any of the other options mentioned:
Adding an additional 4-5 troops to your main group.
Making all your starting troops Elite.
Adding 100k to a population center of your choice between turns 1-4.
Adding 3 additional Princes.
Boosting 2 agents: one to level 14 and another to level 10.
It may be more powerful than several of these combined!
It is hard to quantify as a p-8 is so flexible and enables so many actions. How many princes is equivalent to a p-8? I'd say there is no number. Ten princes would not be better! How many elite kingdom brigades is better? Would two level 14 agents be better? Would five? I would be hard-pressed not to choose the p-8 option.
So, all that being said, my suggestion is we go with:
1) Everyone gets a p-8 (this seems to be popular and, I admit, fun)
2) Everyone chooses from one of several Brek-designed packages, to be added on turn one, two or three, similar to customization

How about a P8 for everyone, and then a choice on a couple other advantages?
