Will there be predetermined regions? Do you want me to divide them? If so the draft would be a snake draft 1-4 then 4-1 then 1-4 again.

If the regions are not predetermined then we would do a region draft first, then kingdoms.

Draft regions, then kingdoms, is my take.

Do we want to do something a little different? For example, each player may only have one tier 1 or tier 2 magic kingdom, and the other two must be tier 3 or worse?

That sounds good to me. Only 1 tier 1/tier 2 kingdom, and the rest tier 3 or worse. That would mean that DE is a tier 3 kingdom, right?

Tier One Magic Kingdoms - AL, DU, EM, IL, NE, SO, WA
Tier Two Magic Kingdoms - DA, DK, EL, FF, FO, GN

So, only three from the above list would be active under this proposal.

All other kingdoms are tier 3 or lower (unless I missed someone).
