This game ended on turn 40 with a win to the Elf via Lion's Share:

As the Elf I didn't win as more accurately survive until the end. If the game has continued the NE and DU would have continued to slice up my kingdom. Oh and the IL too, ran into him towards the end.

I had thought the CI was going to win (and he nearly did) as he had four regions and was close to the fifth at one point. It was surprising to see CI troops in the Sword Coast attacking Elf pop centers!

AS the Elf I had a large cadre of princes which were wittled down to two by the end of the game from the NE and DU wizards. The NE also did a good job of killing off Elf leaders.

It was a fun game. I was surprised by how well the cimerian performed. I over extended going for the sword coast and the win and just happened to run into the necromancer making a big push into the sword coast. That stalled my momentum and the ancient one made a briliant comeback. The ancient ones had followed me around denigrating regions and applying liberal blinding lights to trash my morale despite winning battle after battle for PCs . At the end I too was on the decline and trying to hold on till the end. Kudos to the ancient one.
