What is the difference in these spells? In the rulebook (is 1.9 the latest?) it says Summon Demon acts as a level 14 agent, and Summon High Demon sacts as a level 12 agent. I would have expected a High Demon to be more powerful than a Demon.

Summon Demon targets emissaries; Summon High Demon targets leaders and wizards.

I see, that is a big difference. Thanks so much!
Summon High Demon can also target emissaries, it seems it should be at least equally effective (i.e. level 14) vs. an emissary or even higher.
