This is not accurate.

A kingdom that loses its capital to attack and cannot relocate to a PC has the capital maintained in an "encampment". Once a PC is available, the capital will relocate to that PC. There may be a consecutive turn limit to be in an encampment.

I'm not sure on the no emmies, but I doubt that eliminates a position.

If the capital is in a "holding encampment" status, what happens to any emissaries that were in the capital? What is their location? Are they usable from the encampment, from moving within a 10 square radius? Can kings still execute sole orders?

Can prisoners from other kingdoms still try the escape order?

What about inactive groups or if reinforcements arrive while the capital is in encampment? Are reinforcements automatically lost?
