First... the evils are in. Usual caveat about no rush, but thanks for being such timely opponents, it's really cool to process these turns more quickly!
Second, here's an update from my side of things.
The Witchlord is busily moving toward taking his region, the Northern Mists. Other than that, he has been silent and mysterious, working on his own secretive plans.
The Troll was engaged by the Giant this past turn in Torvale, but surprisingly took fewer losses than the Giant, and it's probably safe to say that those losses have already been regenerated. That said, the Troll appeared to have lost the engagement itself, judging from the morale adjustments. Even worse, the Trolls took a chance and failed to self-invisible an adept, and paid the price for it as the adept was slain in battle.
The Darkelf appears to have run into substantial resistance at Gurisek, but has taken out his frustrations by joining the high council.
