Dropped Players and Standing Orders
#1
If a kingdom drops (and all others are notified in their turns that they will no longer input orders)- do any standing orders they had continue on or are those cancelled too?

Thanks

Emmys from dropped kingdoms are still worth status points.

BTW, Their groups still block emmy relocations and their capitol can't be 171 or 330d.

Also once the last PC is taken the dropped king will go to a "encamped" position at the last capitol site. From this locale no artifacts in the possession of the King can be reached by any known action.

I suspect when the message "no further orders will be processed" appears on the turnsheet then no more standing orders will be run either.

As a corollary, shouldn't I be able to take artifacts from dropped kingdom groups even if the kingdom has no PCs left?

While notification is given that kingdoms are no longer submitting new orders, that kingdom's standing orders, PC defenses, resource accumulation, emissary resistance should be expected to continue.

There are instances where artifacts become 'lost' in the game, which shouldn't be surprising since they almost all start that way on turn 0, so something similar must have happened to them in the past.
