We got our setups and are ready to roll. They do show 5 groups, but they still reference 2 orders over influence. Is this a game with extra group and extra orders?

yes, the order limit is increased to 4 over influence (aside from kingdom special abilities). I haven't made the coding change to pull the value from the game settings table yet.
