Friendly+1?

if you are friendly in a region in your ally gains control are you friendly+1?

Then if the ally looses the region would you remain friendly OR drop to tolerant?

Anyone have this situation on a turnsheet?

I'm trying to work out whether there are strictly only 4 reaction levels, or if it's a % score or something like that, where the word 'Friendly' refers to something like 75%-100%, Tolerant means 50%-75% and so on.
