Ok, now this game is kind of fun. Lots of fighting, lots of capitols going down (including the poor gnomes and others). We have shifting teams and one-off attacks, and even some NAP breaking. I am starting a charity for king relocations - please send all donations to the gnomes. Thank you.

Well, we did raise a lot of money from holding the Gnomeball championships. Perhaps we should have given you a percentage of the gate?
Has everyone received their turn? Not got mine yet and just wondering if it's my email provider playing up again.
Edit: ignore me, need to pay more attention to the dates on Grasshoppers posts.

This is what Grasshopper posted in the Game Processing thread today: Monday as of 8pm Eastern, games #121 (concluded), #128, #129, #130, #132, and #133 were scheduled for processing. All but #128 have gone out with #128 having a hang up that Cipher will explore.

Turn 14 and teams are well formed. The initial aggressor, the Giant, has solid teammates of the Warlock, the Ancient Ones, the Trolls, the Underworld and the Ranger (may he rest in peace). The defending alliance now consists of the Demon Princes, the Reds, the Blacks, the Sorceror, and me (the honorable and fun-loving Witchlord). So, 6 on 5 (now 5 on 5 with the destruction of the Ranger), and it is hard to say who is winning - lots of damage on both sides.
Elves are quiet, Dwarves and Darkelves are quiet, Gnomes were hit hard early by Trolls and are quiet, next few turns should be fun as the action heats up in Arcania.

Ranger was never actually part of any alliance. Only an exchange of information having a mutual enemy in the Black birds. Interesting the Axis of Evil still likes to call them selves a defending alliance. You have not defended any member yet only attacked. First the GI attacked the DE so AOE response attack the WA. Troll attacks the Gnome AOE response send BL to attack the GI. now the WI under attack by AN AOE attack the TR. Really we are more two alliances merged into 1 to fight off AOEs continued attacks. I also hardly think the EL DA and DW are silent. DW is a full member of AOE from the time they choose to unsuccessfully skirt the fine line of a NAP. DA I would put in AOE corner but hvae not heard much from them. EL would be in the combined alliance corner trying to fight the WI and defend his home land. Putting all teams together equals 8 for AOE and 6 for the combined alliances. Just because they get beat up does not mean you get to no longer claim them
More important issues after the WA wizard Nuked the Capital of the DE Ring Leader of AOE it would seem the slippery King has escaped the inferno that was once his capital. If you have heard what underground hiding hole the Ace of Spades has gone to please do let us know. |
