I'm wondering, how did I not think of the amazing Games of a llama with secret victory conditions?  I must be slipping.

Why didn't you create a kingdom based on the Incas? Then there could have been brigades of llamas, spitting at the other side. Or at least, they could have had riders mounted on them or something.

Yes, yes: fearsome llamas!  My own experience with llama-kind is limited.   But people will certainly ask, "What is their special ability?"  So, write that up for me, if you would.

So, assuming about half of llamas are female, and the females, we for simplicity will consider them all "mama" category, so for every two llama brigades (I'm thinking Regular or better experience), we give 5% morale boost?

Maybe the short range missile damage from the llama brigades is unaffected by terrain?  They are extremely accurate with that spit.

OH!  If llamas can carry 150 pounds they can carry a goblin.  Llama brigades would multiply the chaos effect of goblins because... well WTF would you think if you saw a herd of llamas all carrying goblins who were standing up in the stirrups swinging their slings around over their heads?
