If I have an emissary who has been imprisoned trying to take over a kingdom owned PC then he becomes a prisoner of that kingdom, yes?
Is he now a prisoner in that same PC or does he get transferred to the other kingdom's capital?

All whores go to heaven, no?
Speaking of which I'm pretty pleased the forum is spelling my title (Courtisan) with an 'i'.

And if it's a neutral PC?
They should stay at the PC if it is Human controlled or neutral.

If you take that human/neutral PC via attack or parley you should get your emissary back right? How about via another emissary (after improving reaction for example)?
