Just read Ry Vor's post about the changes that 3rd cycle will bring.
Among other changes he wrote that some new orders will include: Poison, Stir Unrest, Diversion
Here's lobbying for a 'Seduce' order too
Maybe 'Seduce' is an agent order that will turn the target emissary so they defect to your court or maybe its a way to get a skeleton without the cost of the bribe or maybe its troop or high emmy location info that is divulged...
