Change Log?

Is there a list of changes that have been made since the second cycle? I'm finding out quickly in my first game back that there are lots of changes, and I suspect I don't know what many of them are.

I would say
-first look at the new commands list Ry Vor color coded new stuff there.
-Then read through under developement and know issues in the active game news thread. These are what has been worked on prior to the new game engine starting up
-finally this part is tricky because your going to find things in and out of the new engine. But if you get through it you will know most all current changes. Read game 300 both the signup and active game threads

Until someone makes a nice list . This should get you mostly caught up
